Terms & Conditions

  • As we are a small scale berry farm it may mean over times of high demand we may not be able to fill orders. In this unfortunate instance we will notify our customers and offer a full refund.

  • During periods of extreme weather, where the quality of the berries are effected we not be able to sell. Please check our website and social media channels as we will let our customers know. We have made this decision as we will only sell high quality strawberries at all times.

  • If any customers are unhappy with the quality of our product please get in contact with us immediately via our email astra@dairysberries.co.nz or call on 022 196 4733 as we welcome any feed back both positive and negative. We will then come to an arrangement as we strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied with our product.

  • Dairy's Berries will do our best to keep delivery window times however we ask for our customers to be flexible as our times will be based on the number of orders and spread of orders on the day. We will have a window for each day (example 2-5pm) but can not guarantee an exact time of arrival.

  • If customers are not going to be home during the delivery window a safe and secure location (preferably somewhere cool) must be stated when the order is placed. Dairy's berries will place the products here but will not guarantee the quality of the berries from this point. For this reason we advise customers to choose a cool location suitable for delicate, fresh produce.
